Our services include keynote speaking engagements, workshops, and related professional services that require advance scheduling and calendar reservations. Because of the customized nature of this work and time-sensitive commitments involved, we maintain a no-refund policy.

Payment Policy

All payments are final once processed. We do not issue refunds for speaking engagements, workshops, consulting services, or digital resources, except in the following circumstances:

Processing errors or incorrect charges
Duplicate payments made in error

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the matter.

Cancellations and Schedule Changes

We understand that circumstances change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms for booked services are outlined in the individual service agreement for each engagement.

While we work to accommodate reasonable requests when possible, any modifications must be mutually agreed upon according to the procedures specified in your service agreement.
