FAQs on Booking & Availability

The easiest way is to fill out the check availability form or to book a discovery call (links below). All of your event details can be gathered on the discovery call, or if you prefer, the team can send you a form link to send the event details that way. Ari or his team will then follow up with questions about your audience, goals, and timeline, then put together a customized discussion document (aka a speaker proposal) for your decision-making team. This document has everything you need to evaluate a speaker for your event.
Check Availability

As an early part of the booking process, once you put in your event details, Ari sends over a discussion document. This is a comprehensive document that details what it looks like to work together, and includes packages to choose from and more. If you don't have a discussion document yet, please reach out and we'll get one to you. It is a valuable tool to use in committee meetings when you are reviewing the flow of your event and how the speakers fit into everything.

As early as possible, especially for Q1 kickoffs and fall conference season, which fill up fast. Pre-Covid, many events had speakers booked out 1-2 years in advance, at least. Many meeting planners are slowly shifting back to the long schedule, while many are booking speakers and more only a few months in advance.

That said, Ari accommodates events from a few weeks to a year out depending on availability. And if Ari is available he can work with you to attend your event and be a last minute speaker addition. Of course there are situations that come up, emergencies, last minute speaker cancellations, and if Ari is able to be the last minute speaker for your event, he is happy to help.

Fees vary depending on the format, duration, travel requirements, and any add-ons like breakout sessions or workshops. Most proposals Ari sends out have a few package choices on them, in order to give options that align with your budget. Reach out through the contact page and Ari's team will provide a customized quote.

Keynote speakers fees can range widely, anywhere from free to $500,000, and every number in between. Newer, less experienced speakers can typically be found for under $5,000, but you're often gambling on quality and delivery.

For professional, non-celebrity speakers with proven corporate experience, expect fees up to $25,000, depending on the format and what's included in the package. Most speakers at this level are going to be in the $10,000-$20,000 range, and industry data supports that for most corporate events, the majority of speakers are in the range of $5,000-$20,000.

Occasionally, speakers may offer non-monetary compensation, where you provide them with a valuable package that may use value exchanged for part of the fee (such as video footage, warm referrals, etc). For critical events, where the audience experience matters, investing in a professional outside speaker is always worth it. To discuss Ari's fees and what's included, reach out through the contact page.

FAQs on Topics & Sessions

Ari's core expertise is helping people break through pressure, change, and challenge, and he travels the country inspiring people to break through without breaking apart. He additionally applies that lens to three main areas: leadership development, sales performance, and AI transformation. Keynotes are built around his proprietary frameworks, such as The 5 Keys to Greatness, and tailored to the audience.

Ari's most popular sessions include Unlock Your Greatness (the 5 Keys framework), Learning to Breathe While Drowning (performing under pressure), Break Through Without Breaking Apart (growth through challenge and peak performance), and Change on the Brain (the neuroscience of navigating change). Each can be tailored to leadership, sales, or AI-focused audiences. Use the links below to learn more:

Yes. Ari's AI keynotes aren't about teaching tools or prompts, they are about helping teams navigate the human side of AI transformation, and about exploring the ups and downs of AI implementation. Ari talks on the growth through challenge that comes with implementing the never-before-known; the fear, the uncertainty, the pace of change. Ari's focused on giving over a framework for moving through disruption with confidence.

First and foremost, when you work with Ari, you are booking the date and time, not the speech. So you can always choose one of Ari's speeches that fit better at a later point in time.

Secondly, that's exactly what the discovery call is for. Ari will ask about your audience, your goals, and what your team is going through, then recommend the session that he feels fits your needs best. Many keynotes blend elements from multiple topics depending on the audience.

Yes. A keynote for a room of sales reps sounds different than one for an executive leadership retreat, even when the core framework is the same. Ari adjusts stories, language, examples, and depth based on who's in the room.

It's Ari's easy-to-remember framework for navigating pressure, change, and adversity while unlocking your destiny. Ari developed it over many hours, relying on his years of real lived experience, and he's refined the framework through hundreds of keynotes. The framework is the backbone of many sessions that Ari delivers and is also the subject of his award-winning book, The Little Book of Greatness.

A full tech rider is provided upon request during the booking process.
